Serena Aiken

Serena is Dr. Sherelle Harmon's lab coordinator. She received her BS in Psychology and Women, Gender, and Sexuality studies from Florida State University in 2023. She completed an Honors Thesis on the relationship between diversity in children’s media and outcomes of self-concept and bias. Her research interests include social and emotional learning, identity development, and the role of digital media in early child development. She plans to pursue a PhD in Developmental Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with animals.
